How much can I expect to make as a Rumbi Franchisee?
Federal and State law prevent us from making earnings claims except within certain parameters. The California Department of Corporations, other states, and the Federal Trade Commission regulate franchising and prohibit making any earning claims, unless it is included in Item 19 of the UFOC/FDD.

How much are franchise, marketing, and royalty fees?
The initial franchise fee is $35,000. An Area Developer pays $15,000 for each additional restaurant, all of which is paid at the time you execute your Franchise agreement. Royalties are 5% of gross revenues. We currently charge 1% for the Marketing Fund. (To be used in your local market)

Does Rumbi offer financing?
Rumbi does not provide financing, however, you may be able to finance a portion of your investment through various financial institutions. Rumbi can direct potential franchisees to sources that have provided financing options to other franchisees.

How do I select a location for my Rumbi Island Grill?
Rumbi looks for high visibility and high traffic locations with daytime dense areas. Our experienced team will help you through the entire process from site selection to opening.

Where will I purchase my inventory and supplies?
Rumbi has a list of authorized vendors and has negotiated contracts that are cost effective while maintaining our high standard of quality.

What training programs are available for franchisees?
Rumbi offers an 8-week General Manager Training Program as well as in-depth team-member training for all positions. Additional information regarding this training program will be made available to approved Rumbi Franchisees and Area Developers.

How long does it take to open a Rumbi Island Grill?
Times may vary depending on site selection and lease negotiations. Typically, a Rumbi Island Grill build-out takes anywhere from 7-10 weeks.
