| Your life as a Rumbi General Manager begins with an intensive 8-week management training program that familiarizes you with all aspects of the Rumbi experience. You will move from the kitchen through the dining room and on to management trainee assignments. The training will take place in a Certified Training Store near you. After training, you will be placed on your own “Rumbi Island” to uphold our values and provide the best fast casual dining experience in the world to our customers. Rumbi offers excellent pay, health insurance, and we also offer generous bonuses based on perfomance.
